The app
Unhooked is a tool to help you quit nicotine. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control.
Not medical advice
Unhooked provides general wellbeing and cessation information based on public health guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace professional care. Always consult a qualified professional about your health, especially before stopping any prescribed treatment.
Subscriptions and payments
- Unhooked Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase.
- For in-app purchases, payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
- Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
No guarantee of outcome
Quitting is hard and individual. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will quit or stay quit. Unhooked is a support tool, not a cure.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unhooked is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
