How do I restore my subscription?

Open the app, go to You → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it on.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Unhooked → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period.

I switched phones. Where's my progress?

Unhooked stores progress on your device. Use Settings → Export my data on your old phone to save a copy. Cross-device cloud sync is coming.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your quit data stays on your device by default. See our Privacy Policy.

I relapsed. What now?

That's okay, and it's normal. Open the app, go to You → "I slipped, reset my streak". Your lifetime progress is kept. You've got this.
